It says I'm out of the delivery radius. How do I place an order?
We have a set delivery address that is shown in the map below! If you are out of the delivery radius, fill out the contact us form with your address. Each mile of of the radius is an extra $1 charge. At this moment we do not currently offer pick-up.
How many flavors can I order?
Each assorted dozen box comes with the option to choose from 3-4 flavors max. We give you the option to choose any 3 or 4 of our delicious classic flavors! We have a maximum of 4 flavors that can be selected per order, regardless the number of dozens in the order. If you order a seasonal dozen box, you receive all four of the seasonal flavors that are included only in the seasonal box!
I have special decorative requests! Where do I specify what I would like for my event?
We would love to help you make your event special and just how you imagined! If you have special requests like color of frosting, special decorations, special themes, etc., fill out a contact us form and we will chat with you to make your event perfect!
Is there a time frame for placing an order? How far in advance can I place my order?
To ensure the quality and taste of your cupcakes and experience with delivery, we have a minimum 3-day order-ahead window set on our website. In terms of how far in advance an order can be placed, you can place an order as far out as you need! With every order, we will reach out to confirm the delivery time and day, as we want your experience as a customer to be as great as the cupcakes we get to bake for you!
